I am an engaged therapist with a creative core and a sense of humor. I place a lot of value on being authentic and building trust.

My work is grounded by an understanding of the nervous system, and on that I weave parts work (IFS), expressive arts, and practical tools & support as needed.

We work with your system instead of trying to force it to be different.
